Description of Duties:
•Perform program execution reviews, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the ISR portfolio
•Plan work, sets priorities and schedules work for the ISR team.
•Provide interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions on program execution;
• Develop format and content to provide the ISR Thrust Manager with various listing, reports and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations;
•Ensure financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management records
•Conduct management evaluation of issues of financial consequences raised in reports, budget reviews, etc., and recommends alternatives for corrective action
Requirements for the Position:
•Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management with 20 years of work experience
• Prior Military Service.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps Systems Command
• Knowledge of SBIR and STTR process.
• Knowledge of the Office of Naval Research and the Naval Research Environment
• Knowledge of ONR and Navy Financial systems

MUSC is currently looking for Online Hydrographic Surveyors in support of our project in southern Iraq. The role will include mobilisation of survey setup on hovercraft and all terrain vehicles for use during UXO survey in an intertidal area.
The duration of the assignment is approximately 6 weeks with mobilisation date of end of February 2013.
The ideal candidate must have QINSy software experience and should also be familiar with Marine Magnetics SeaSPY magnetometer and associated SeaLINK software. UXO survey experience preferential.
