Description of Duties:

  • The Analyst is responsible for developing the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents required to establish the OPFOR as a recognized program of record (POR) within the Army.
  • Collectively, these documents define need capabilities, guide material development and direct the production of capabilities.
  • Specific documents include the Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), DOTLMSPF Change Requirements (DCR), Capability Development Document (CDD) and the Capability Production Document (CPD).
  • Work with other Army organizations and activities to coordinate the analysis included in the development of needs and capabilities analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 7-10 years of experience, 2-3 Specific in Capabilities Development/System Acquisition
  • Bachelors required.
  • Familiarity with Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) processes and documents
  • Familiarity with Operational Environment
  • Familiarity with Army Combat Training Centers
  • Familiarity with acquisition milestones and milestone graduation criteria
  • Familiarity with the Capabilities Development Tracking and Management System (CDTM)
  • US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance (Secret). Must have an active Secret Clearance. TS (Preferred) with SCI eligibility.
