We are currently seeking a Senior Writer to support the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Procurement Officer in Washington, DC

Responsibilities

  • Provide all researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and creative conception for reports, press releases, fact sheets, website text, public speaking talking points, strategic plans, briefings, and other artifacts, as assigned
  • Revise text and recommend changes in scope, format, and content to ensure conformance with established standards
  • Coordinate work and supervise other editor/writers as required when working on large projects
